HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION LAW AND MANAGEMENT
WESTSIDE EXTENSION
Over the course of three Saturday mornings, October 13 – 27, 2007, the Westside Extension program at West Los Angeles College in Culver City will present a course entitled “Homeowners Association Law and Management.@ This three-week course will benefit owners, Board members, managers, professionals, and anyone else involved with homeowners associations.
COURSE INSTRUCTOR: Jeanne H. McDonald is a practicing attorney with 15 years experience in all aspects of representing homeowners associations.
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course objective is to gain an overall understanding of the legal and practical aspects of homeowner association ownership and management, with a focus on rules, collections, meetings and voting, maintenance and repairs, and Board obligations. This course is designed to help large and small associations alike run efficiently and comply with applicable laws.
MCLE credit is available for this class.
